Caroline Culverhouse and her team embody a trauma-informed, holistic approach to the healing process, with extensive education and wisdom to safely guide you to reconnect with your true self at the deepest level.

Integrative Awakening is an intentional collective of practitioners and practices on the Big Island of Hawaii intended to help your body, mind, heart and spirit not only heal, but be in better communication with each other. We hold retreats and workshops at Caroline’s home in Kohala and at various retreat centers, resorts, beaches, and yoga studios throughout the island.

Join Caroline Culverhouse, MSS, LCSW, E-RYT, CGP, CTP and special guest facilitator Leann Green for a life changing and life giving 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training beginning winter 2026!

Students will learn the ins and outs of Yoga philosophy, teaching, history, ethics, pose alignment and sequencing as well as gain deep understanding and practice in meditation, breath work, and mantra.
