Each retreat is fully customized to your intentions, with trusted team members thoughtfully woven in to provide specialized support as needed. Your journey begins with a personal consultation and pre-retreat session, allowing Caroline to design a truly bespoke experience. Each day includes a minimum of five hours of one-on-one support, plus at least one outing to a local beach or the breathtaking Pololū Valley. Retreats of five days or longer include two outings, with even more time in nature for ocean-themed retreats. Meals are fresh, nourishing, and made with 100% organic produce, with full attention to your dietary needs. Your private retreat can take place at Caroline’s serene home on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawai‘i — a spacious, private sanctuary — or, for an ultra-luxury experience, at the world-renowned Kona Village.
