Join Caroline (“Carrie”) Culverhouse for an inspiring and soulful experience of meditation, energy healing, metaphysical discussions, gentle yoga and hiking Sedona’s epic vortex centers in our annual Women’s Spirituality Retreat!

Caroline has been leading retreats in Sedona over the last decade and has led over 150 retreats since 2008. She is an authentic and seasoned retreat guide whose loving, open minded presence and psychological grounding shines through each moment of the experience. The way in which she guides participants allows them the ease and grace in which to try out new experiences such as meditation or energy healing without the fear of pressure or indoctrination into any spiritual/New Age path.

During this years 2025 retreat we will be hiking some Of Sedona’s very best, beloved red rock wonder hikes as well as venturing over to Glen Canyon National Park to visit the jaw dropping, mystical Horseshoe Bend! In addition to hiking, Caroline will lead participants in gentle yoga, mediation and self-healing practices.

The theme of this year’s retreat is intuition. In particular, we will discuss and learn practices that will help us trust our guidance and honor our truth (even when others don’t agree!). Of course, too, there will be unscheduled time for participants to wander Sedona and all its crystal shop and psychic magic!

During break hours Caroline will have some availability for private energy healing sessions. We will email you a sign up list a few weeks in advance of the retreat for those wishing to receive an individual healing.    All meals will be nutritious, yummy and have a variety of options to accommodate different diets and food sensitivities. Retreat accommodations will be a beautiful home with epic red rock views located right on a creek!! Past visitors to this retreat house have described it as "beautiful", "spacious", and "very tranquil!”
