Buddhi was created by master mind Jen Liming who resides on the Big Island. The practice is physical, mental, and spiritual. It encourages individuals to push through perceived limitations and transcend into personal power and freedoms. It’s evolutionary practice takes yoga to another level with dynamic movement, free dance, and aspects of Kundalini tied together in a unique flow.

Leann employs a holistic training philosophy that cultivates her clients’ physical, mental, and spiritual awareness for lasting, life-changing results. She assesses the multifaceted needs of the individual collectively, then crafts a structured fitness program tailored to their wants and goals. Leann’s dedicated client base reflects the passion she devotes to their wellness throughout their fitness journey
