Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy reflects the current refund and cancellation rules provided by Integrative Awakening LLC. Offer-specific checkout, sales-page, or written agreement terms may supplement these policies.
Digital Products
For the You Are The Facilitator Master Course Online and the Art of Facilitation Master Course Online, refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. For live online programs, including the live You Are The Facilitator offering, cancellations made 7 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date receive a credit equal to the amount paid, to be applied toward a future offering.
Online Courses and Live Trainings
The You Are The Facilitator Master Course Online and Art of Facilitation Master Course Online use a 7-day refund-request window from purchase. For live online programs, cancellations made 7 or more days before the program begins are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which may be used toward a future offering. If Integrative Awakening LLC needs to reschedule a live session, the session will be moved to another date and participants will be notified as reasonably practicable.
Consultations and Appointments
Private consultations and mentoring appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Integrative Awakening LLC recognizes that unexpected circumstances happen and may make reasonable exceptions or accommodations on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.
Retreats, Workshops, and In-Person Events
For retreats or in-person events held at a venue owned or operated by Integrative Awakening LLC in Hawaii or Pennsylvania, cancellations made 7 or more days before the event start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event start date receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which may be used toward a future offering. Destination retreats and events held at third-party venues are subject to the separate Destination Retreat Cancellation & Payment Policy stated below.
Destination Retreats / Third-Party Venues
For destination retreats or events held at a venue or rental property that Integrative Awakening LLC does not own or operate, the following cancellation and payment terms apply:
$500 of the total payment is a non-refundable deposit required to reserve a space. Registration is confirmed only after the required payment (or initial $500 payment on an approved payment plan) is received and a confirmation email is sent.
Payment plans may be available upon request. All payment plans must be completed by the final payment deadline for the retreat. Missed payments exceeding 14 days without communication may result in forfeiture of the reservation and payments already made.
90+ days before the retreat start date: refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable $500 deposit.
60-89 days before the retreat: either a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit, or a retreat credit equal to payments made (minus the deposit) to be used toward a future offering within 12 months.
31-59 days before the retreat: payments are non-refundable; however, the participant may transfer the spot to another approved participant, or may receive a retreat credit at the organizer's discretion if the spot is filled from the waitlist.
30 days or less before the retreat: all payments are non-refundable, including cancellations related to illness, travel delays, weather, family obligations, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or a change of heart. If the spot can be filled from the waitlist, a partial refund or future credit may be offered at the organizer's discretion, less unrecoverable costs and administrative fees.
If a third-party venue or rental property has a stricter cancellation policy, that external venue policy overrides these timelines, and the participant is responsible for non-recoverable venue fees.
A reservation may be transferred to another participant up to 14 days before the retreat start date with written approval from the organizer. The replacement participant must complete all required forms and agreements.
In cases of serious illness, medical emergency, death in the family, or major unforeseen hardship, Integrative Awakening LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer partial credit, transfer opportunities, or another reasonable accommodation. Exceptions are not guaranteed.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for destination retreats, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, flight interruptions, weather, illness, lost baggage, and other travel disruptions.
If Integrative Awakening LLC cancels the retreat because of insufficient enrollment, venue issues, natural disaster, facilitator illness, safety concerns, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of payments made to Integrative Awakening LLC. Integrative Awakening LLC is not responsible for airfare, outside hotel stays, other travel expenses, personal purchases, or other third-party costs.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at caroline.m.culverhouse@gmail.com so we can review the issue. This provision does not limit any rights you may have under applicable payment-card or consumer-protection law.
