Digital Product & Course Terms

Effective date: October 3, 2026

These additional terms apply when you purchase or receive access to a digital product, online course, live online training, workbook, download, recording library, or similar educational offering.

Access

Access period: The You Are The Facilitator Master Course Online and the Art of Facilitation Master Course Online include unlimited lifetime access. The current live You Are The Facilitator program is a separate live offering. Live sessions are recorded on Zoom, and the recording link will be emailed to participants within 48 hours. Participants may access the recording for as long as they retain the Zoom link.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled charges described at checkout. A payment plan is a commitment to the full purchase price unless a specific offer states otherwise. Stopping participation does not cancel the remaining balance owed.

Live Components

If an offering includes live sessions, dates and times may occasionally change for operational reasons. If Caroline needs to reschedule a live session, it will be moved to another date and reasonable notice will be provided where practicable. Missed live sessions do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund unless the specific offer states otherwise.

Recordings

Live You Are The Facilitator sessions are recorded on Zoom. Recording links will be emailed to participants within 48 hours after each session. Participants may access the recording for as long as they retain the Zoom link. Participant names, voices, video, and chat contributions may appear in recordings.

Materials and License

Course materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only. They may not be copied, distributed, uploaded, resold, sublicensed, or used to create a competing product, training, or certification without written permission.

Certificates / Professional Qualification

Unless expressly stated in the sales materials, completion of a program does not confer licensure, professional certification, clinical qualification, or authorization to practice a regulated profession.
