  • Hands-on-Healing Sessions with Caroline are a deeply empathic and healing experience in which Caroline channels energy and messages from the spirit world and helps balance the energy within each energy center of the body. Caroline opened to her gifts for healing and channeling over the last decade and serves as a humble and grateful conduit for whatever healing and helpful messages want to come through for each person. From our reading, this is very similar to what has been called “therapeutic touch” but with the added benefit of messages being channeled throughout the process.

    Participants are fully clothed and lying down. Caroline practices in a trauma-sensitive format, letting clients decide what they are and aren’t comfortable with in terms of touch. As Caroline works, her eyes are closed and her hands get very warm, which can create a comforting sensation for the clients. Sessions are typically 45 - 75 minutes. 

  • The Hurqalya© Method of Heart-Energy Healing is a heart-based healing unlike any other.  Heart energy fields overlap with each other and with everything in our environments, making us susceptible to both positive and negative health effects all the time.  In Hurqalya© Healing, these vast overlapping energy fields are accessed to create healing in our clients and in our world.  Heart-Energy healing focuses on your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.   Hurqalya© is practiced without physical contact, fully clothed. After a brief conversation with the client to determine areas of focus: physical, energetic, emotional and/or spiritual, Christopher provides warm, nourishing energy healing. In addition to Hurqalya© energy healing, sessions may also include: Guided meditation/breathwork, Hurqalya©  sound healing and/or recommendations for stretches or supplementary practices to bolster the rehabilitation process long-term

    • ​​Distance healing sessions are also available and offer immediate rejuvenation and relief without an in-person visit.​

Amanda’s healing offers Holy Fire® Reiki Hands-On Healing to help gently unwind blockages and long-held patterns across all layers of your being. These sessions offer a deeply soothing, restorative experience.

    Everything is energy—and this work reaches the subtle energetic roots of what you may be navigating, creating space for relief, realignment, and personal transformation. This energy holds the power to initiate shifts that bring you into deeper alignment with your soul path and highest expression.

    Amanda is a Certified Holy Fire© Reiki Master, offering both individual healing sessions and Reiki trainings. Sessions are 60-90 mins and are available in person at the Integrative Awakening Waimea Office or remotely, with equal potency. Deeply attuned to each individual’s unique energetic landscape, Amanda channels this powerful, loving frequency with skill and care—supporting your healing journey with presence and integrity. She has been devoted to this practice since 2013.

  • Rene holds certifications in Emotion Code©, Body Code©, and Belief Code©. These gentle, non-invasive methods are designed to help release what no longer serves you, so your body and mind can return to balance and do its own healing.

    The Emotion Code©

    When emotions from the past don’t get fully processed, they can become trapped in the body and affect how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. The Emotion Code helps release these trapped emotions with ease, bringing more peace, clarity, and emotional balance as well as improving physical symptoms.

    The Body Code©

    Your body naturally knows how to heal, but sometimes it needs a little support. The Body Code looks at the whole picture—energy flow, toxins, alignment, nutrition, and more—to gently correct imbalances and help your body return to harmony. When the body is in balance, it can do its own work.

    The Belief Code©

    The beliefs we hold, often deep in the subconscious, shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. When these beliefs are limiting or no longer in alignment with who we are, they can hold us back. The Belief Code helps clear those old patterns and opens the door to growth and new possibilities.
