About The Retreat

 

Please join Carrie for a week long immersion into energy healing in one of the worlds most profound epicenters of vortex energy. Caroline will lead participants through experiential practices, meditations, hikes, and gentle yoga with the specific intention of helping them activate and align their chakras and use their own life force energy to heal themselves and others. We will also work on practices that help us clear and protect our energy so we ee able to navigate our everyday life around others without picking up and keeping what’s not ours to keep all the time. Like all women’s retreats with Caroline, a sacred confidential container is created in which participants can experience the power of non-judgmental, authentic sisterhood.
