About The Retreat

 

Join Caroline in an epic experience of radical self-compassion in which we won’t just be putting the bandaid on top of negative self talk, but actually entering into contemplative, courageous inquiry with the limiting stories we tell ourselves and exploring the negative shaming parts of ourselves that think they are somehow helping us by keeping us small. We explore the evolutionary reason for shame and how to compassionately engage with the unconscious, lifelong mechanisms in place in our psyche that make us contract in the face of challenge from others. This retreat is way more than positive affirmations (although maybe we’ll use a few). We’re in the business of helping you re-wire your neural pathways for good!

 

Modalities used are Internal Family systems, EFT, Heart Rhythm Meditation, Energy healing, Caroline’s Somatic Awareness and Release Method, The Work of Byron Katie, and gentle yoga.

 

Like all retreats we will create a unique sisterhood comprised of exactly the sisters the universe decided should be on this journey with you!
